Great day today. Bang on with food, even though I'm still trying to get my head around having a high fat diet. All my life I've treated fat as the enemy so its a real mind set change. I need to get into eating more seeds though as I dont eat fish or avocados and I dont want meat to be my main source of fat. Got a good legs workout in this evening and will do 30min on my bike later on. I have always been someone who weighs in daily but this time its only going to be once a week. the number on the scale does not define me. While I want to see my weight come down daily weighing is giving to much power to an inanimate object. Hope everyone else is having an awesome day too :-)
