Yesterday I had a horrible day of eating. It's not that I overate, I didn't eat anything literally, other than 2 cups of coffee, 2 Kashi waffles and 1 Slimfast. Yesterday I had appointment after appointment. Dog had to go to the vet, I had to pick up my new glasses, picked my daughter up from work, adopted two new kittens, shopping for the kittens prior to pick up and I never found myself at home until the end of the day and then the excitement of 2 new kitties and trying to get them introduced to my dog, left me without a thought to stop and eat! Although I know I could live without food for sometime, this is not something I plan to do in order to lose weight. Will need to be more conscience of making time to sit and have a meal in the next few busy days!
