Staying positive and keeping focus on doing what's right for a healthy lifestyle. Haven't been able to get in any cycling Monday or Tuesday and with the severe weather on the forecast for this afternoon, getting that bike ride in after work will be highly unlikely. Not a wise choice to ride when tornadoes are predicted :) But ya know what? Not going to fret about it, I have a long holiday weekend with weather that looks to be perfect, I will just be sure to get in all the activity I can then!
