Had absolutely no motivation to do Kenpo X this morning when I got up. Luckily I had left my work laptop at work cause I had to go in to work...if I hadn't I probably would have gone back to bed. So I decided since I've come this far it wouldn't be that hard to do the workout. I admit it's my least favorite of all the workouts but it does go by pretty fast.

Happy that it hasn't been raining constantly as it allows me to workout walk/jog after work.

Finally bought some greek yogurt to add into my diet. Lots of protein and some added calories. I definitely feel better today having eaten a bit more yesterday.

My sister does not like the kenpox either...but its b/c she hates looking at the woman in it lol she'll sub in jillian michaels metabolism boost dvd sometimes. That's awesome you still did it, even when you didn't want to. Good for you. Its been raining quite a bit here in Michigan...actually we've had storms rolling through so fast that one minute its raining and then sun...10mins later...lol

Its great that you did your workout in spite of. I feel like I have to keep pressing play even when I don't want to. Honestly....I look forward to the workouts....now if I could get my food together I would be a skinny mini. Oh now I am really going yo get some greek yogurt. I will do anything to get more protein in my diet. I think the video I hate the most is the dang yoga. Its just too long and too repetitive... I need to more or I get bored. I will probably sub that out for some Zumba this week. we will see how I feel. Either way.. in the words of Tony Horton..."Keep pushing play."

Stephanie maybe check out Jillian Michaels' yoga meltdown...faster paced, only 30mins, and you still get a sweat. Want more of a workout, do level 1 and 2 for a full hour's worth. Great job you two...can't wait to join in!

I too used to despise Yoga but after 9 weeks I finally and getting better at it. I didn't mind all the Vinyasas this last time. I can't believe I only have 4 weeks left in the initial cycle.

I skimmed through the p90 yoga...tony's feet creep me out lol but I would like to continue doing yoga. Just with Jillian's I've seen an increase in my flexibility and coordination. I would like to find some more yoga dvds that I would like

NOchubb...I think you are going to be fine when you start p90... If i can do this then i know you can. I will have to look into that yoga video. I got this one set of Jillian Michaels from a friend, i don't think it has any yoga in it though. It's some other 5 disk program. I may go to my Zumba as a fall back. I friggin love me some Beto.
