I think I've totally blown the diet and exercise thing! Ugh. Not happy about it. Need to get back on track. Need to get back to working out. I'll find out from the Dr. tomorrow if that's ok. This week and a half has felt like an eternity!

Adeline, I have fallen off the wagon too my parents were in town for 10 days. I ended up only gaining a few pounds so not so bad. I saw your post about your sciatic. I have had trouble with mine for several years that started with my high cortisol. Lately it seems the kettle bell workout starts throwing mine out of wack. I have a really good stretch thing I do for it that will move it back in place. A friend of mine at work told me about it when he was having back trouble. It has worked like a charm for me.

Oh also wanted to add most of my headaches are from hormone changes too. They are tuff sometimes. I have had a lot off in on the last 2 months because of all the change my body is going through to get back to normal. The only thing that helped with the my head was Rhodiola.

thanks, Coach! and Margeaux, what is the stretch? I have been doing a little, but probably not enough. Dr. says I can do some working but not to go nuts. So the bike, walking, elliptical etc. I guess I will be getting in my share of cardio soon.
