After a disappointing weigh in yesterday I had a busy day with an appointment. I had only tea at breakfast, a yogurt at lunch, and left for the appt. We didn't get home until 6:30 so had our usual light supper of half an apple each, 2 ounces of cheese, a glass of wine and a little ice cream after. Lost a full pound!
