Disappointing to not have lost anything since yesterday. 0.1 is well within the precision of the scale, so at least I didn't gain. We ate our light supper (half an apple and 2 ounces of cheese, with a short glass of Reisling and a small serving of ice cream, my one daily splurge) really early last night, finished by 6 pm, so I planned to fast as long as I could. I only had a cup of tea this morning, and a yogurt at noon, finally, so 18 hours fast and I'll eat light the rest of the day to try to make up for yesterdays plateau. Total calories yesterday was a little high, 1027.
