Lost my nintendo do-hickey so I have no idea how much I'm walking right now, though I know I was only averaging 4000 steps a day!

I went to the market yesterday and stocked up on healthy fruits and veggies and then immediately went home and prepped them. I think I'm going to need to start a new weekly routine to make this all stick.

Sunday: Weekly Planning for tasks and meals.
Monday: Money planning/Quicken Updating.
Tuesday: Grocery Shopping and Prep. The Farmer's Market is on Tuesdays in my neighborhood.

Also, I've decided to start planning meals around the vegetable rather than the meat. Yay. Made spaghetti squash and meat sauce marinara last night for lunch today.
