Easing back into getting serious for 2015. Had a terrible head cold and all I wanted to do was eat--almost like the days of no control. Still exercising daily. If not for that, I probably would have gained all back. AND, I know better. So, this is it. Buying pickles to snack on and turkey for lunch. Back to scrambled eggs for breakfast, too. That's when I did really well with weight loss. Here goes. . .
