Well, back from our weekend trip. I splurged a bit as far as my eating and no exercise. But Tomorrow is a new day and the start of a new week for me. I did not step on the scale, but will weigh in tomorrow morning. I plan to follow th third phase of my HCG diet, for the next couple of weeks, and then on Memorial Weekend, will start Phase one again, and then after the first three days go gung ho on Phase 2. Hopefully before the 4th of July weekend I will have lost another 15 lbs.

The graduation was short and sweet, only 38 kids in her class! Cal's Granddaughter, meant to get a "FEW" blue streaks in her hair, but ended up looking like Smurfette. Her whole head of hair was BLUE! But she seemed to be OK with it and did not let the teasing bother her.

In all actuality, even though I did eat things I probably should not have, I did pretty good in the serving sizes and did not allow myself to over do it, like I normally would.

I'm so glad your trip went well. I would guess Smurfette would stand out a bit in a class of 38 graduates! I always liked the Smurfs. It sounds like you have your weight loss program planned out. You did a good job of limiting yourself on your portions while you were gone. Now that your back you can get on with it. Good night, Sherry. Have a great rest of the week!
