OK... Today was messed up on so many levels. Spent most of the day sick in bed, so no exercise... Then made a "healthy" stir-fry in consideration of taste... Then ate too much of it... then tried to ballpark my oil/sauce ingredient quantities after the fact. Calorie count blown out of the water... frustrated... let it go.... let it go... was delicious though.

Yeah, oil really has a lot of cals, that's why I try to avoid preparing my meals with it as much as possible and also already fried meat and fish I squeeze between a paper towel LOL
