yay I made it through another weekend with success! Once I told myself that all I had to do was keep it in the green, I was able to prepare and know how many calories I had left in the 'bank' so to say, so I knew my limit and couldn't exceed that. I'm still able to live my life, enjoy the company of my friends, and not sit there sipping on diet coke while they drink beer and eat french fries...because I can do that to...in moderation.
So excited that I'm finally now in the groove and I know I will lose this weight! Nothing can stop me now!
Also wanted to say thanks to everyone for their kind words of support, encouragement and ideas...it really has helped me so much!
