cooking for eight people and maintaining a reasonably well thought out menu plan has been a challenge so far. I started the journey on the first of the year, so it's been six days. Not everyone is on board with the changes but that was expected. I don't control what they eat, only what I cook. I do control what myself and my children eat though. The rest are adults, they can take care of themselves. I've not started a diet, my goal was simply to reclaim my life and save myself from the rut of the mundane I've created for myself over the past 20 years. So while before I wanted a resolution to lose so many pounds or be in a size 8 again, this year it's reclaim my life, find my passion for it, love to live again and in the process find the me I left adrift for far to long. It's time to save my life ;)
