It take a lot to admit it but you’re aware and getting back on it! Props to you 🙌

Shopping hungry is hard, especially at a place like Costco. Did you learn anything from the experience? How will you handle things differently next time?

Allegra, the main thing I'm taking away from this is the fact that I chose to continue to derail the rest of the evening.
In my brain I said eff it I've already screwed up, and ate an entire pizza that I really wasn't even hungry for just because I was binging. I tracked it all this morning though, and ended up eating just under 3,000 calories. Crazy.

Get right back on track and do not look behind. Your human you goofed up just make sure right now to watch what you eat. I’ve been there and still go there so I understand. 😀

Yes I struggle with that too when I start overeating; it’s really hard not to keep going when you feel like you “screwed up” already. Just shrug that day off and keep going (I’m telling myself too lol)

Don't be too hard on yourself. It happens.

My downfall is chocolate. I'm ok if I completely avoid it but if I have just one fun size bar I'll have six, topped off with peanut M&Ms. ungh!!

Part of recovery is relapse. Lol. This is not perfection or failure and those are the only two options. That and I always say the weight that needs to be lost isn’t around our waists, it’s in our heads. Healthier living is a mindset above all. I try to remember my “why” and repeat it back to myself. That and I keep dry roasted almonds and sugar free mint gum in my purse at all times. It helps me.😆

Whenever that happened to me, I'll try to redeem myself by either fasting the next day or do extra work out. Need to act fast, else I'll keep on drifting.

Don't beat yourself up just start over and try again and again until you master it.

Happens to us all sometimes it’s good to just chill and slam some unhealthy food once every few weeks

If you keep separating foods into right and wrong you will continue to struggle more than necessary. A certain food doesn't ruin your day, a calorie surplus might which you'll ensure by binging and "starting again tomorrow". I used to do that too. I used to believe my diet was ruined because of some pizza, now instead I just log the calories and move on. They're just calories. You got this!
