Notes to self: My major downfall is not planning my food. I don't take the time to plan. I get hungry. I'm busy and I eat whatever is around. I have to plan. I like good for you food. I like veggies. I like real food. Good for you laying around is just as easy as crap laying around. Stop buying crap. Exercise. Since being on BP meds for a week or so, exercise is tolerable. It's easier. It's not a chore. Plan exercise. No excuses. I feel better mentally and physically when I do it. I LIKE doing it. Just do it. Wine and beer. Ok. I'm giving myself a break here. I'm 42 years old. I'm never going to be skinny - never have been and never will be. Healthy is my goal. I think I'll keep my moderate drinks. Based on personal experience, it makes little weight difference for me. At this point in my life it's totally worth it. It makes me nicer. Besides, I've cut back since starting meds.
