SO yesterday was my big day. I think I've fianlly resolved to loose the weight. I've tried so many diets before, but never have the follow through. So I've decided to eat healthier and track everything I eat. I read somewhere that that's the best way to loose weight. I'm also trying to pay more attention to what my body needs and not what I need emotionally. I'm an emotional eater-and I don't want to traumatize myself by denying anything and everything. However I'm making sure that I'm taking note of what I'm eating and why. Is it because I'm hungry physically or because I'm feeling a void emotionally.

Way to go! Diets don't work, but a change in your lifestyle does... :-) That's what I've realized recently...
