One person that I helped with their weight loss journey who had over two hundred pounds to lose once commented to me that 2 years was a long time to lose the weight. I just replied that with any luck she would be alive in 2 years anyway so she might as well be losing weight while she is turning the callendar weight. She just laughed—- and she lost the weight with no problem.

It is alot to carry on your body every day. We were unloading the truck after Sam's shopping and home improvement store. I commented to my hubby that what I was carrying weighed less than what I have lost. It still seemed heavy. 2.5 years but I'm still thrilled I started then! You are worth it! You Can Do It!
