Yesterday spent to the day de-cluttering my house. Getting rid of stuff that I don't really need anymore (or maybe never needed). I am told that this helps in weight loss. Worth a try - need to get my daughter on board, she doesn't like to though anything away.

Welcome to FatSecret! You are doing marvelous in your weight loss! The last two pounds that I lost were probably due to walking and decluttering. When I open my mail, I do it standing up and that burns more calories than sitting down. Every little bit helps. ;)

I think anything you do to make you feel better about your life helps. It's all about feeling good about yourself. I've been doing the same thing cleaning, de-cluttering, getting more organized for the coming year.

Welcome. Kudos for starting just before Christmas. You are doing very well. Spending the day de-cluttering is a major timely chore. Plus it feels so good to have it done.

My biggest clutter is junk mail. I shred or recycle it, but it piles up before I can get to it. lol
