Yesterday was hard, since Mother's Days are always difficult for me. I craved comfort food.. even took a small bite of cake, and later in the evening had an extra serving of fruit.. (5 strawberries)
Was so very hard not to just take that platter of cake that Trish left for my husband Cal the night before and eat the whole thing. I told Cal this morning if he was not going to eat it to give it to the trustees at work in the morning. I do not need the temptation since I am doing so good.
At work right now and just finished part of my alloted food for my lunch. Drinking water.. Water.. water!!!
