Good morning everyone.

I've never been a fan of cottage cheese so at first I was a little grossed out thinking about putting it on toast after seeing someone else's post on here.

However, I was pretty amazed with how it changes the flavor and consistency. This is quickly becoming one of my go-to snacks. Add some banana and cinnamon, game changer.

Cottage cheese is amazing..I love it by adding lemon, cumin, black pepper and olive oil, especially with rice cakes, and I'm almost addicted to it

I lovvve cottage cheese. It is a go to side dish, along with veggies of course.

Cottage cheese, green onion, green/red bell pepper and generous sprinkling of black pepper— so addicting.

Katsolo and Kenna Morton, thanks. I might combine your recommendations. I'm thinking a broiled cottage cheese stuffed bell pepper definitely might be worth giving it a shot.
