Slowly I am losing weight. I hope to up the exercise this week and get a real one pound loss by Sunday. More water, more walking.

losing weight slowly is so much better for you than fast....your chances of keeping it off are better that way...1-2 pounds a week for weight loss is a good thing

I would like to get up to the 1 pound a week stage - right now I am so close, .6 or .8 a week!
