been busy for 2 wks have not done any exer. or treadmill..and i can tell i have not lose any weight..depressing..i was never this heavy..I wonder if Flovent for my Asthma that they put me on is making me hang onto the weight or jst my 64 age..ughhh

I take Abilify and other medications whose side effect are weight gain. It happens. So I know my weight loss will be slow and steady.
