My workout today had been strength training. I had fallen behind on it, and, I had felt the difference in my body as I had slacked off. I'm back on track with my exercising routine now. I'm hoping in a few months I can move onto 8lbs dumbbells. I've been using 5lb dumbbells. And boy do I see a major difference when I lift things at work. Apparently my arms have gotten weak, so now I'm trying to build strength in my arms again
