I can ståy away from sweets, carbs, sugar, salt, caffine....but alcohol, is the hardest thing for me to put on pause for a diet!

What do you drink? Gin or Vodka in water with lime(and a splash of lime juice) is really nice for summer time. Especially if you use carbonated water.

It's kinda hard for me too, but I noticed since I've started counting my calories I'd rather much eat my calories than drink them lol.
