I can ståy away from sweets, carbs, sugar, salt, caffine....but alcohol, is the hardest thing for me to put on pause for a diet!

I can't believe I lost that much weight in 1 week. And, it wasn't even that hard taking a break from the bad food I normally eat. I'm really happy with the results. I can't wait to see what next friday brings!

First day on fat flush phase 1: I can do this. Yes it sucks to not eat the things you really love like salt, ice cream, cookies, bread. But hey giving that up really makes you appreciate a nectarine for dessert! I know I can do this for two weeks it'll just take a lot of resistance from what I want to eat

It's been almost a month since my last weigh in and I'm still at 162. I don't understand. i've been eating really really well and exercising 4-5 days a week. I'm pretty disappointed. I've decided to switch my diet up to Fat Flush Plan. And I am no longer going to texas next month so I am switching my goal to loose 25 lbs by my birthday (august 23rd). Almost 3 months I have, I think it's very duable if I switch to Fat Flush.
