I am in self destruct mode. Can't shake this bad mood, just want to cry and sleep. Yes I battle with depression and do take my medication.

I find I am hiding food from my family and co-workers to avoid the questions. I am so sick with myself right now just feel like I am breaking down. Already today I ate a salad, donut and a muffin.

I did stop the shots. I mixed them wrong and they only lasted 2wks not 4wks. I was hungry and grouchy not to mention only losing 3 lbs or so.
217.4 lb Lost so far: 37.6 lb.    Still to go: 67.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't be so hard on yourself. We all at times are self destructive in one way or another. There is a spiritual solution to your emotions that will impact your habits.

Hope you are in a better place now. Because your dose was too high, your hunger and losses were effected. When you are ready to do this again, once you get your dose right, you shouldn't be hungry, I've heard through another forum.

I agree with First164, the enemy wants you to hate yourself. Does God EVER refer to you in this way, no. So we have to know that when we hear those things, it is from the enemy. He would love for you to quit and give and hate yourself for it, so don't give him the satisfaction. You are God's daughter and he loves you as such. It breaks His heart to see you like this. He thinks you are beautiful and amazing, regardless of how successful you are in this journey. As First164, said we all are struggling, that's why we are a part of this community, for support and accountability. We will be praying for you!

May I suggest a few things to help you? I have always had a terrible time on diets, like weight watchers-felt like I was starving and was so irritable. I have done 3 rounds now with the HCG with 'Miracle Skinny Drops'. They are online and have the most incredible support staff and private group on FB. The drops aren't that expensive, like injections and the original drops have some good brain support in them. The website gives you so much info and you can personally contact the administrators when you are struggling and they check over everything you are doing and help you to adjust as necessary. I have also suffered from depression, anxiety, and terrible mood swings and have been on so many meds in the past. Now I only take neurotransmitter support when I need it. I have chronic Lyme and a host of other illnesses, including detox genetic defects, so I have to monitor my health and how I feel literally by the hour as it changes so rapidly, and I really take care of myself. I saw a provider that did energetic testing and provided homeopathic drops, which now I found a website where I can order the neurotransmitter drops and take what I need-if I feel depressed, I'll take a certain drop. Irritable, another kind etc. I have been doing this for years and can read my body quite well. I would suggest you start my adding 5-htp, a natural supplement, in addition to your meds. I can suggest some good brands. It an amino acid that naturally increases the body's level of serotonin, the chemical messenger that affects emotions, behavior, appetite, thought and sleep. 5-HTP helps provide a more positive outlook, promotes relaxation, calm and greater appetite control. Once I started using this, I was able to get off all of my meds and felt normal again-better than on meds. My psychiatrist didn't like it when I switched, but couldn't deny that I was much better than when I was on all the other stuff. I continue to see him, and an awesome female integrative MD, who focuses on female issues-thyroid, hormones, etc. Very important as I am not a doctor myself-but I do my research and self-advocate for my health and recovery.
