Why is it that whenever I decide to try and lose weight I choose the week when I have lots of invites out??? I have tried really hard, went to a birthday party tonight and successfully kept away from the cake. I feel so good about it. Hopefully it will translate on the scales on Monday!! I have joined a gym so another challenge is to start a regular regime! My SIL and bro have also joined so I'll have some company.
