Weighed in - 247.4.

-Had a v16 (Advocare) caffeine-free energy drink before workout.
P90x - Chest And Back - 12 reps for the most part. Working on dipping deeper with pushups. We started over AGAIN.... Left arm hurt more than before. Ab Ripper X was first workout - did 7 reps of each.


REFLECTIONS OF AN OBESE CHICK:Weighed in this morning and really, should I be surprised? Just because I want the weight to come off, did I really expect different results without putting in the effort? The answer? YES!
Hubby asked what I wanted as a Christmas gift - I shared with him during this mornings' workout - "THIS - you working out with me. THIS is what I want for Christmas." The buddy system works.
I have no words for the weigh-in emotion this morning.

Hang in there P90X is an awesome workout yes it is better working out with someone it gives you that little extra push sometimes. As for me I wish I had a workout buddy
