Absolutely exhausted today!
I woke up, ate breakfast, watched a show and went to bed.
Woke up again, ate lunch, watched a show and went back to bed.
Woke up once more, ate dinner and then did some chores/meal prep. Now back to bed.

I can’t recall a time I’ve been so inexplicably fatigued so I didn’t push myself to work out (it rained all day anyway) or be productive. Hopefully today’s dutiful rest will have me ready to tackle the work week to come.

Thanks! I feel so much better and more energetic today. I’m definitely going to try to do a better job getting to bed earlier so that I’m not accidentally creating a sleep deficit in the future.
