Made a big pot of my family’s preferred chili recipe for dinner. I add puréed pumpkin to up the fiber content and to give it a creamier mouth feel.

My pleasure! We have been making it this way for years and no one seems to notice there is pumpkin in there. Given a little time to simmer, it soaks up the delicious spices and blends with the other ingredients.
