I believe TOM is causing me to see no movement on the scales. I'm sick of 188 lbs! I wanna see 180 SOON!!!

I have been exercising 20-30 mins and walking/jogging 25 minutes every day this week except for today. I plan on getting some exercises in today -just haven't yet...I should have walked, but just so sore from the past 3 days! So, I'll take one day off from walking/jogging and get back to it tomorrow!! I will atleast get 20 minutes of exercising in today...better than nothing ;)

Don't lose faith! Just keep exercising and doing what you're doing. I bet your clothes are fitting so great and by the sound of all your exercising, it sounds like you have a lot more energy. Don't stress the stupid number on the scale, just "stress" how wonderful you look and feel. The rest will work itself out!! Have a wonderful weekend.

Thanks :) I do have more energy. I find I have more energy AFTER working out...which this week has been in the afternoons. I believe I am going to start working out first thing in the morning so I have energy all day instead of just at night! My clothes do fit better -even now when TOM is here! I was amazed that my pants were still loose during this time. I'm sure I will see some results once TOM leaves. I can start to see some muscle (muscle thats been covered up by fat for WAY too long) behind the fat in my stomach and legs. My arms are toning up nicely as well -they never have been flabby. It looks like my daily food intake will be small like yours today. I have only had two eggs with cheese today and am not hungry!! I believe today I am down due to cramping and a massive headache. I need to get my exercise in so maybe I can get outta this slump!! :) I'm putting the scales up for now -less stress that way :) Good luck over the weekend :)
