Today wasn't the best day due to not having anything prepared. I ended up having pizza for dinner. Although I'm still under my RDI, I still feel like I'm on a guilt trip for having it. My workout today has been cardio. I didn't do any strength training. I didn't feel up to it.

If you are within your caloric count, why the guilt? Pizza has bread, vegetables, meat and dairy. If you you want it and it works in your day not eating it is deprivation. I have eaten pizza 2 to 3 times a month through my entire journey.
