I am SO discouraged! I cannot lose any weight! I watch what I am eating, I exercise every day except Saturday and Sunday. AND what do I do I GAIN weight! SO today, I did not exercise and I do not feel any better. I knew I wouldnt but I want to pout for a bit! I am just so discouraged. I understand you will have your ups and downs but my goodness I want to lose weight, not gain it. boo hoo poor me!

decrease the carbs, see if it helps...that was what I had to do, now I am 10 lbs from my goal and nothing, scale hasnt moved in a week...

That happens. I had lost 3 pounds like nothing, and then for 4 days I had not lost a single pound even though I didn't cheat on my diet. Now I've started to slowly move back down. Plateau's will break your mood but stay strong.

Plateau's suck but you have to move past them and don't give up. Try eating something different and adding more cardio. That loss will come for you. Be encouraged!!

First suggestion, make sure you getting at least 1200 calories/day, but not going over your RDI regularly. Next suggestion, make sure your recording your exercise also, you didn't have anything for the last few days, but you had 4 MPH in before that, I would suggest double checking that cause most people walk about 3, (you may really be walking that fast, I just want to help) and also, just give it some time, it feels like it takes forever, but its not that bad. LOL, its not one of those biggest loser things, but so far I've lost 40 Lbs over the last 13 months...so it takes time, but you do see results. So there's my advice, if you like it take it, if not that's cool too. :)

Thank you SO much for the pep talks. I agree i need to cut back on the carbs! I understand the plateau's as well but my goodness so soon? I am getting back into it today, like i said I was just having a low moment yesterday. You all have put that smile back on my face today. and I am pumped to walk over my lunch our today! I am going to walk right out of this fat!!! OK, one more thing. give me some cardio ideas pleas. :)
