Way to go on keeping your weight @ 174. Last couple of weeks for me have been challenging since I was on the road for several days visiting relatives. Kind of difficult to keep from eating higher caloried meals. But yesterday, I got back on track with my exercising and better meals. Always striving to eat less than 1800 per day. I try to burn about 3000 per day and eat 1800 or less. It is sometimes a challenge !! Keep it up, my friend.
