I felt quite accomplished yesterday. I went to the track. My Half Marathon training schedule says I should run 45 minutes. Well I took my stopwatch and started running. I get to the first 4 laps 1 mile and my time is 9:23 I think this is the fastest I have ever run the mile since I started to workout in March '09. The next mile was 9:17 even faster, the 3rd mile is 9:37, The 4th 9:21 and the 5th at 9:15. I ran 5 miles in less than 47 minutes and I had that runners high. It was an awesome feeling. I think it is getting easier. I am so happy about it.
