Tonight’s bread offering is peanut butter bread. Smells really good. I’ll let you know if it is worth making again.

Is that a Dylan Hollis recipe???? He just did that one earlier this week. I love him.

Katsolo— no it isn’t from Dylan. This recipe came from an Italian in my kitchen. I’m not happy with how it turned out. And I followed the recipe to a T. Definitely can taste the peanut butter and has a great crust but the dough was so stiff it was hard to work with and essentially did not rise at all. No “sweetness” to the taste. I’m not sure I well even make a second batch to see if I can Fix it. Sort of a waste of ingredients.
