ok, so we went to the beach this past weekend..... I pretty much ate everything I wanted... big mistake... I weighed 126 this morning.... :-( I'm sure it's mostly water weight.... I hope. I'm back on the wagon today... I've eaten really well. I really hope I can continue eating well and exercising...

Yep, I ate quite a bit too. But time to back on the wagon also. That's why I'm sooooo glad "holidays" aren't every week....I would be in BIG trouble. Stay motivated buddy. Even a little bit of daily heathly eating & exercise goes a long way.
