Had a great workout tonight (found my key card!)... it's amazing how I can get home from work, exhausted with a throbbing headache, then I go to the gym and feel wonderful afterwards. Really hoping it pays off on the scale Friday!

Your FS tracker says your losing 5.1 lbs a week. That is like WOW!

Haha, I WISH! When I changed my diet to "calorie count" it listed my starting weight as my most recent weigh in. I wanted to see my initial starting weight (180) so I reset it and I think I messed it up. I think 1.5 lbs per week is a bit more accurate. :)
