For those who struggle or whose weight loss is slow or non linear, I would like to encourage you to not give up.
I have been on this journey for 3y 3m and I am finally closing in on 20kgs lost, and it’s been so many ups and downs. I’m sure I have actually lost 60kgs and gained 40 😉
Side note my waist is 85cm, from a high of about 98cm, aiming to get to 80cm.
