OMGosh! I checked my measurements on 3/14/11 & 4/14/11. Just did the math and came up with a total loss of 15 1/2 inches for 1 month! Woo! Hoo!

I'm in OWL, but note quite sure that I should be in this stage. Feeling uncomfortable about adding more NCs back in. I'm seriously looking at returning to Induction. I've tried to get my NCs up, but freeze at the thought of adding, and falling off the wagon... I don't want to start having cravings for non-Atkins foods. That is my worst fear. And also that my weight loss will really go slower or stall.

I still have a lot of weight to lose and understand that I have many months to go before I get to a healthy weight.

I need to rethink the way I plan my meals. I need to seriously preplan all my NCs that I need before planning my entree.

Wow how fantastic, I have not measured at all I should get a measure tomorrow......Yes I am with you scared to add more food, I had such a busy day today that was unplanned with work and couldn't get to a restaurant so ended up eating an Atkins bar......my job drives me crazy when that happens I don't have time to think.....can't plan ahead, I feel like I am a babysitter sometimes, I forget that I can be responsible to them but not for them. I wish I could just say NO..... I need to re think and plan my meals, I need to re read the book also study more recipes.....I think I need to eat more fat as well. Congrats Moondove you are doing so well !!!!!

@ Yvonne19: You are doing great! Didn't get my measurements when I first began (trying to corner my daughter into helping me back then. LOL!) I have only tried a few of the recipes that I have saved in my Cook Book. I need to try and add more NC's and less Fat/Protein. Don't want to gain. Tomorrow morning I am going to make some pancakes out of my Cook Book. (I bought the flour mixes a while back, just been CHICKEN to get out of my SAFE ZONE!)

Moondove, you are doing wonderfully. Great job. As for mocing to OWL or staying at Induction levels....if you don't feel comfortable moving on yet, then don't. I stayed on Induction for over a year, and just recently made some changes. I waited until I felt like I was ready. Good luck and keep up the great work!

moondove where did you get the flour mixes? ctlss thanks for info I think I am not comfortable upping my carbs yet so thanks for that but should look for menus now to change my diet as sometimes get bored with what I am eating, I am really not that adventurous....

Wow - you are amazing! So happy that you are doing so well! I understand exactly how you feel about awakening cravings. That is a very scary thought indeed - nobody wants to go back to that way of life! Good luck & keep up the great work!!
