Last weekend I totally let myself go at one point and definately saw the damage on the scale. I went up over 2 pounds, but refused to track my lack of progress! I told myself, I will get back below where I was before and then some. Thankfully, I got on the scale this morning and had lost that weight and an additional .8 pounds. Two days will mark the end of month 1 of my journey and I am .8 pounds away from the 10 pound mark. I am confidant that I will get down to that goal and promise myself to eat clean and excercise for atleast an hour a day.
Goals by April 17= 208 May 17=200 June 17= 190 July 17= 180 August 17= 170 September 17= 160 October 17= 150 November 30th(my 29th birthday)= 140
