Wore slam out. Working Open to Close and hectic all day, every day - I haven't had time for even a Smoothie in the morning and I know that coffee for breakfast isn't doing any magic on my metabolism. The late-nite pretzel attacks are back, at least it's noit chips I'm reaching for. I've never been one to eat my stress but I find I'm trying to carb-load at night...and apples just don't sound appealing at the end of the day. I need to get some control of my destiny before I wind up in fat city again!
