I wish I could control my eating.... I find myself just picking at stuff all day. I'm having a really hard time staying on track... I'm gaining weight instead of loosing... Why can't I stop eating crap?!?! I lost 70 pounds before and now I'm slowly gaining it back.... I said I would never go over 120 and now I'm 124... UGH!

I can definitely understand how you feel. It can be quite a challenge to healthy when there's crappy foods around. Especially when you have to prepare food for the family. Our bodies are designed to eat, period. What worked for me was to have a lot of fruit and some nuts around me most of the day so if I have to nibble, it will keep the temptations down to eat bad foods. Hang in there buddy.

Thank you Pking... I'm still not doing well but I'm trying.... I hope I can get ahold of myself before I gain anymore weight...
