Starting a challenge tomorrow because even though I have lost ~60 lbs in the last 11 months, I'm finding the last 15 lbs that I want to lose a little more difficult. So I need to pay closer attention to diet, and crank up the exercise (stick to 3-5 times 45 min to 1 hr, per week) a little more, and strictly stick to no more than 1500 calories per day.
