This week has been horrible. Stress at work is beyond imagination. I am feeling like the stress is stalling my weight loss. I am STUCK at 177.5! Even some of my measurements were up this time. UGH! The thought to eat something REALLY bad for me is overwhelming. I really do not know what to do.
