Busy week but surviving! So far this week only managed the 30 minute Zumba workouts and alternate days doing Zumba abs express which is about another 10 minutes. Still going to gym in the eve but having replacement teachers for the classes so getting some alternative workouts here too!Lots of back to back meetings and seminars but I'm preparing my lunches and not snacking on biscuits or cakes or croissants provided so far. One more seminar in the eve to go to this week which is a bit tricky for me....but will try to go to a spinning class straight after at 20:15 to keep me away from the kitchen :)!
