Measured this morning- here are the results: Upper right arm - 14.5 Upper left arm- 14.5 Chest- 42 Waist- 38.5 Hips-45.75 Right thigh-26 Left thigh - 25.5 (All are measured in inches)
Also I am doing the 100 push-up training program - and doing the REAL push-ups. Basically, I'm really pushing myself since doing squats and lunges bothers my knee right now. During my regular cardio and strength exercises I do wear a knee brace.
Going hiking today with some dear friends I haven't seen in a while. I can't wait!!! So I will be having additional cardio there and then yardwork to do!
Busy day! But yeah- I have muscles that are forming!!! Makes me giddy. :)
