Glad to hear that you are back down!! I also love the shakes- I drink one every morning. I buy a month kit and just drink the shakes in the am to make it last longer. Have you thought about signing up as a consultant to get the discount. That is what I did - your trainer can tell you how to do it. The discount is worth it!! Only 50 dollars to join.

My mom went ahead and signed up so we just both buy through her and get the discount - you are right, totally worth it!!! I'm with you - buying the month cleanse and then drinking shakes somewhat regularly really works!

We are drinking ISAGENIX Protien Shakes - they are supper yummy and help you lose weight easily. when I want to lose weight - I drink one in the morning, have a 400 to 600 calorie lunch and another shake for dinner. You can check out the values on my food diary. They are a little expensive, but I love them.

I second what Yacki says! It's really helped me to maintain and to lose! I do like these shakes more than any others that I have purchased at the grocery. Today I added 3 strawberries to my vanilla shake!
