I am dissappointed to have gained weight, although not much, it is still disappointing. I am staying between 25-28 grams of carbo each day. I tried some blueberries this week, but only once. I do experience bouts of constipation, but I am not sure if that affects the weight. I tried the MIM, but I really did not like them and felt sick and bloated after eating them. I have been sprinkling the flax on some appropriate foods instead. I just have to keep trying!

I'm having trouble with constipation, also. I tried my first MIM yesterday and I liked it, but I also felt bloated after. Still, it didn't help much with the constipation. I tried another one today, if it still doesn't help I may end up running over to the health food store and get the magnesium that I've heard talked about on either this site or at the atkins site. I wish I could remember exactly what it was called. When I find out, I'll let you know. Hang in there. This is just a small temporary setback. You've been doing a great job and the pounds WILL come off!
