Last night I went to a seminar and ate seminar food - which translates to I stood alot and the food is rich. LOL. I may have over estimated my calories while at the seminar...however, there is no true way to figure it up, so sometimes I have to guess.

Today I'm going to lunch with a girlfriend and I know what I'm having ahead of time and have tallied that in. What I don't have here is I'm not feeling well, so my plan may be shorter than I planned. LOL.

Cardio this morning with weighted hand gloves. Started Week 1 of 200 situps.
